It’s Coo-Koo and Loony! The girls were counting down the days until today, and are pretty darn excited that their elves are back.
Anyway, back to the pictures this week.

The girls went to the zoo with G-ma and Pa on Thursday (Cal had yesterday and today off of school).
Last night we met a potential rescue dog. Her name is Maggie and she is sweet. She has some medical issues that are getting worked out, so we aren’t sure what will happen. But regardless, it was confirming that we definitely want to get a new dog soon.
This morning was another pretty sunrise. It was pinks and purples, though the photo almost makes it look like fire.
The girls looked around and found Coo-Koo and Loony. Lots of excitement.
And tonight we went out for dinner...because it’s Friday.

The last two are of Callie talking to our new robot friend, Alexa, who can play music, tell jokes, and tell us the weather (and other things!) when we ask her to. My dear husband got it “for me” because she also can turn our heat up, so now I can stop asking him to do that all the time.
