​Mitchell is 6 today!!! It’s hard to believe he was such a tiny guy when he was born. 

Now he’s an active kindergartener who moved around too fast for a good FaceTime photo today. 😜

It’s crazy how fast the weekend goes.

Saturday Pics: a slow morning and  hanging around Boom’s house.

Both girls were elsewhere that night so I made pasta, played with the gerbils and Chris and I got to watch a movie! 

Today Maya went climbing and I went to see Sarah McLachlan.

And now I’m ready for a short holiday week! Have a good one!

A Picture Update

​TGIF!!!! I can’t believe we are already in the middle of November. Another busy week sped by. 

We enjoyed snuggles and the northern lights.

And then gerbils and reading a book I got from a student (because we have the same taste in twisty fiction!).

It was a big week for Maya, as she was costume crew in her school’s junior production of the musical CATS. It was quite something!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Hello! Here we are on a chilly Sunday night. Our weekend was low-key, which was really nice.

Yesterday we took G-ma out to dinner as a thanks for all the room painting!

Today we played with cousins.

And then the gerbils…and then soup and a bit of snow (that the cousins were trying to manifest with the sleds on grass earlier).

Hello! It has been another busy week. Not too many pics, but look at these cute animals!

The gerbil pile in the little house with their faces all sticking out…can you even stand it???

And I took Maya and Lita to Claw Zone after school and they pooled their winnings together to buy a shared Labubu. I don’t get it, but it’s apparently a big deal and they are co-parents working out a custody agreement for a weird pink bunny doll named Dada.

Week Wrap-Up

Hello! Happy Sunday! I have a lot of pics today, since I didn’t post any of the week on Friday. And we actually had a pretty busy week!

Monday- trying to help Peanut acclimate to his new brothers (it didn’t go well at first) and Maya being a goofball.

Tuesday- Halloween at Lund’s and Alex’s new costume.

Wednesday- me and a few coworkers were a herd of sheep on costume day at school.

I had to do a quick charge after work to get ready for dinner and the Maroon 5 concert!

Friday- Halloween!!

Saturday- the gerbils got friendlier as the week went on.

The Sharpe’s were in town, so lots of family fun was had!

Tonight I tried out a new recipe for some of the Gosselin fam and more fun was had.

It was daylight savings, which is not a big deal now with older children. But this one…she was REAL ANNOYING constantly in my face pawing me and waiting for dinner over AN HOUR early.
