Happy Veterans day to all those who have served our country! On this day I think it is appropriate to share that Callie's favorite song of late is "The Basketball Song" which is better known as "The Star Spangled Banner." It is the most requested bed time song these days.

We had a fun evening at the condo with my family. Boom even got out the autoharp.

Saturday
As you can kind of see in the picture above, Callie's legs have grown like crazy. Her 2T pants are no longer long enough...though they are perfect for her skinny little waist. But to accommodate the long legs, we took a trip to Southdale for some mommy/daughter shopping for some 3T stuff. Eeeek! We wanted to ride the train, but it wasn't there. So we settled for a smoothie and some other little rides.
Later in the day we went over to Josh and Alison's so Callie could meet baby Avery!

You can't really tell from the above picture, but this morning my husband spent about 20 minutes in the bathroom creating this...um...facial hair style.
