On Tuesday our doctor told us we could start Callie on some diluted juice, and the 6-month baby article on the babycenter.com website told us we could start her out on a sippy cup. So I did both of those things yesterday morning. The sippy cup was hard for even me to get the liquid out of (it is definitely a NO SPILL model!), so she drank about 1.5 ounces and I then I switched her to the bottle. It will take some practice. And some learned coordination. Haha.

Yesterday afternoon we met my friend Kylie and her 7-month-old baby Calvin at the Minnesota Zoo. It was a BEAUTIFUL day and we had a great time walking around seeing the animals!
Since it was so gorgeous yesterday we went to Chris' softball game. Callie had fun sitting and playing with all of her toys. And playing with Alison!
Finally, Callie has 3 new second cousins! Chris' cousin Simone, her husband Tyler, and their 3-year-old Seamus welcomed 3 baby boys to their family last night. Everett Joseph was born at 8:49 pm weighing 4 lb 8 oz, Liam Bennett was born at 8:50 pm weighing 3 lb 4 oz, and Wakelyn Sterling was born at 8:51 pm weighing 3 lb. 10 oz. Seeing as Callie seemed so little at 8 lb 12 oz when she was born, these guys must be teeny tiny! Congrats to the Munson family. We can't wait to meet everybody!
