A Picture Update

We made it to Friday!! It was a good week. 

On Monday I met up with Jenna and Bethany for drinks and queso!

Here are my pics from Tuesday and Wednesday…a pretty sky and a goofy dog.

Last night we started the new season of Survivor, and Callie snuggles her new knitted blankie from Boom! 

Today Chris went with Maya on a field trip and she had a blast!

Timehop Tuesday

Today is Laura and Craig’s anniversary, which means 8 years ago we were in MEXICO!!! So we have some Mexico Timehops today.

Weekend Wrap-Up

Happy Sunday everybody! I can’t believe how fast Sunday night comes…every weekend. Yesterday Luna and I enjoyed a pretty sunrise walk, we got a new washer and dryer (!!!!!!), Luna enjoyed more sun time, and Maya and I got “extended bangs.”

Then we went over to Boom’s house for some cousin shenanigans and dinner. The top right picture is Maya and Lucy doing a Face Swap!

Today Maya and I walked to the library again. I love that little outing. 

And then we went swimming and had dinner with G-ma!

A Picture Update

Hey all! It was a BIZARRE week. The girls and I were all doing online learning on Wednesday and Thursday. They went back today but I had one more day at home. Wednesday didn’t get snowy until later in the afternoon, so it seemed like a wasted snow day (though it was nice to be home!) and all the days just kind of blended together. 

So here are the pics…not too much snow action Tuesday night and Wednesday during the day. And the girls were done with their distance learning by 10am…

But it was a good night for soup! And then the snow…

The snow finally started Wednesday night and into Thursday morning. I shoveled our driveway Thursday morning and it took nearly an hour. So much snow, and VERY high snow piles. It was a full body workout.

It took Luna until mid-afternoon to figure out how to poop. It was just too funny to not get a pic. Chris had to shovel her a path in the yard, which she then veered off of.

The sky was pretty as the sun set last night. 


Today Maya, Luna and I got out for a fun snowy walk after dinner.

I’ll leave you with this depressing tidbit…the new “historical” American Girl dolls are twins from THE 1990S.

When I was growing up (in the 80s and 90s)…the “historical” dolls were from the 1800s or 1930s…

Weekend Wrap-Up

Happy Monday!  Looks like this could be a very interesting weather week in Minnesota...we shall see!  On Saturday, Luna and I enjoyed the sunset, we walked to the library, and we had a fun FaceTime call!

On Sunday I went on my first outdoor run (and first actual solid 2 mile+ run) since early November.  Then Luna was being her needy self.

Callie and I took a painting class in the afternoon!

And then we had a girls walk and dinner (with some impromptu dance steps!) with Auntie Cat.

Today we spent some time at Boom's with Lucy and Mila (in the snow), and then Maya played outside.

Chris took the girls to Como Zoo, but didn't take any pictures...otherwise it was a quiet day.

A Picture Update

Happy Friday!

It was a crazy week at work and i once again was too tired to/failed to get many pics: Maya and Luna, a heart shaped pizza for Valentines Day (was that this week? It seems like AGES ago already) and a family online drawing game.

Other than that, Cal is busy with rehearsals for Aladdin (that happens towards the end of March), Maya is reading like a little librarian, we met Pa for dinner tonight, and I was up before 4am every morning!
