Videos. Again. Whew.
Blog Post by Kati:
Okay. I'm sick of writing about the videos just like I'm sure you're sick of reading about the videos. But I found another website that will keep the videos from being "lifted" by random people and are password protected so only the people we want to see the videos can watch them! I sent out the password in some messages to people on facebook and through email but I know I probably missed a bunch of people. If I missed you, I'm sorry. Either send me a message on facebook or email me (kati@twincitizen.net) and I'll give you the password.
We are probably being overly cautious...but the fact that some of the videos I posted on youtube ended up on completely random websites of total strangers really freaked us out! No need for random crazy people watching Callie's videos. They are meant purely for friends and family to watch and enjoy. :)
And again...on to Callie.
We started introducing her to bottled breast milk a couple of times the past week to help the transition for when I go back to work go smoothly. She takes the bottle just fine, I just hate watching her do it. :( I have done a pretty good job of pumping the past month so we have about 10 bags of milk in our basement freezer. I'll continue to pump when I go back to work. I'm lucky in that my schedule is fairly flexible so it shouldn't be too hard to do.
It is 9:38pm and after a pretty crabby day, Callie is smiling and cooing at her daddy. Only we need her to go to sleep! :)
And for one last picture, here is Callie's pink bear snowsuit that she travels in. So cute!!!

YouTube Channel UPDATE
Blog Post by Kati:
Ugh. So Bob found out that other YouTube users have taken some of the videos I posted and put them on their own sites...so we canceled our YouTube account (which means all of the videos on the blog won't work). I will have to research other ways to share videos that doesn't involve the whole world being able to access them. If anybody knows a way to do that, let me know!
On to Callie.
She has been a little bit of a crabby baby today. She has wanted to eat a LOT so I think she's in a growth spurt again or something. But right now she's sitting next to me propped up in a Boppy happy as a clam...we're having a fun gobbledegook conversation of goos and coos and blahs. So here's a picture:

YouTube Channel
Blog Post by Kati:
I've been battling youtube all morning trying to change information so it isn't as annoying when it comes to displaying other unrelated videos to Callie. I have been unsuccessful for the most part. But I did discover that if you directly to this "channel", it seems like it is all our videos and no one elses:
http://www.youtube.com/babygoose806
It doesn't help with the videos on the blog (I don't think) but if you go the the site independently of the blog, all the videos are there to watch without other icky stuff popping up later.
I'll keep trying, but that is what I have figured out for now...

Buddies
Blog Post by Kati:
Callie and I went over to my friend Kylie and her little baby Calvin's house yesterday to play. Calvin is exactly 4 weeks older than Callie.

And of course, as proud new mommies, we took a video:
Callie has a couple of more buddies coming this spring that we're excited about! Our neighbors, the Moeller's, are expecting a little boy in early March and our good friends from church, the Held's, are expecting a little boy in early May! And between them, Calvin, and our friends from Luther, the Montgomery's, who have a 1-year-old boy Reese, Callie has a lot of boy buddies for when she's older! :)

Little Punkin Head sometimes likes to be a little dramatic...and of course I got it on video!
And a couple of pictures as usual:

Bibs
Blog Post by Kati:
Due to the large amount of spit-up that happens after her morning feeding, I've taken to putting bibs on Callie after getting her dressed so she doesn't go through a bazillion outfits in a week (she does that enough on her own with poop blow-outs fairly regularly!). And with this bib, I couldn't resist the photo-op.

I think Kona needs a bib that says "I tolerate my little sister"...
