Weekend Wrap-Up

Hi everybody!  We had a pretty chill weekend.  Yesterday we were just hanging out at home until the girls went to Auntie Cat's house to hang out with her and go out to a bakery. I finished another puzzle, and then Chris and the girls went to take care of Murphy for a bit.

We decided this morning that we were READY to Christmas-ify our house!  So the decorations bins came out of the basement and we did our thing.

For lunch I made the Corn and Leek Bisque again, and it was just as delicious (and spicy!) the 2nd time.

After lunch we headed to get our tree!  This time from the TruValue just down the street.  They had free cider and the girls were all about it. We got it home and worked on getting it fluffed to decorate later.

Meanwhile Callie helped me with the Christmas pots!  All I had to do was put the basic greens in the back and she did all the other decorating herself.  

Then she got to go to a T-Wolves game with Auntie Yoda!

Tonight we decorated the tree.  We are ready for the holiday season!
