Hello! Happy Sunday!
We had a busy weekend that has resulted in my current state of lying in bed heat-packing my back…but so it goes!
Yesterday Maya and I met Boom at the American Swedish Institute for a fun morning exploring the mansion!
It was decorated with such festive things! Maya went home with Boom to sleep over, so I went home and got the cookie making process started. Callie was at a friend’s house too, so Chris and I had some time to order in our favorite Indian food and watch a couple shows. I also had to have some “gerbil time” since their primary caretaker was not home!
This morning I enjoyed the twinkle lights of the season, while later Luna was needy and the sky was pretty.
After church, there was a lot more Christmas cookie making.
But one was not so successful…the instagram recipe I found (on the left) and my attempt (on the right) 🤣🤣🤣.
And I was in charge of making my favorite family recipe this year…the wreaths! Grammy’s recipe!
We have a very busy weekend ahead…and then it will be winter break…with another very week to come!!
