A Picture Update: Summer Week 8

Happy Friday, everybody!  This is a much less chaotic day than last Friday when we were in the ER with Maya, so I'm thankful for that!  And as for a Maya update: she was diagnosed with a mild form of acute asthma at her follow appointment on Tuesday.  She is on a daily inhaler for now, and doing great!

This week the girls had their last week of swimming lessons.  Once again, they loved going and both made a lot of progress in the pool.

As for other things this week...

On Monday Callie talked to Chris through the doorbell. He likes to freak them out sometimes when we are outside because he can talk to them through an app on his phone.

Jenna and the kids came over for play time and dinner with us and Brent, Bethany and their boys.



On Tuesday we had more play time and then Jenna, Bethany and I got out for some much needed girl time.

We met Boom for a picnic on Wednesday.

And G-ma (aka the Flower Fairy) came and planted new flowers in our pots!



Maya had fun with weird filters on Thursday.

And she was all smiles with Isaac.

Today my friend Kara and her baby Elsbeth came over. As you can tell, Maya REALLY loves babies.

Then Callie had a performance after her week long Musical Mash-Up drama camp, and we went to DQ with Boom! Her character needed high heels (apparently), so she borrowed a pair of Auntie Hanna's fancy shoes.
