A Picture Update Part 1

Happy Friday! It was (blessedly) a short week for us!  The girls had school on Monday and Tuesday, and I went through Wednesday and then we were off for MEA.

Fall fun!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Happy Sunday!  We have made it to mid-October (almost MEA!) and had a fun weekend.

On Friday night Chris and I went out with friends while G-ma took the girls out!  They very helpfully posed for pictures with their eyes closed.

On Saturday morning I took Luna out for a walk and there was a pumpkin scarecrow on our usual route!  She was not too sure about it.

Then I went out for a frosty run.

The big excitement of the weekend was that the girls got to meet their new cousin Avery!  Uncle Josh, Auntie Mari and Avery were in town for a wedding, so we spent most of the day over there.

Ahhh sit was so fun taking a nap with a baby!

Then Auntie Yoda, Uncle Craigles, Lucy and Mila came over and we all got to hang out!  


It was chaos but so much fun!

This was the best that I got of the five girls.  It is truly adorable...even though you can't quite see Mila's face.  You can see that she's snuggling Avery.  I love it so much!

When we got home, we took Luna out for a run in the field and the sky was pretty awesome.

This morning we stopped back over at Boom's house for another couple hours before they headed back home.  Then we did some yard work.

Pa came over for dinner and got quite the show!

A Picture Update

Weekend Wrap-Up

Hello! It’s already Sunday night. We had a lovely weekend. 

Yesterday I decided to go a different direction for my morning run, and it was beautiful.

After the girls’ dance classes I took Maya boot shopping. It was an agonizing decision, but she chose the ones on the right.


We also walked to the library and had a deck dinner and another fire!

This morning we met Uncle Dan, Auntie Hanna, Mitchell and Isla way out past Delano at Fall Harvest Orchard. We started out by seeing the all various animals! 

Callie and Mitchell had fun feeding the goats and cows.

Then there were pedal car races!

And pony rides.

Then a pumpkin patch (Isla wasn’t too excited about it) and baby chicks.

And then a corn pond (pit?! pool?!).

And lunch!

It was a great way to spend a beautiful fall morning.

A Picture Update

Hey everybody!  TGIF!  And happy to have made it to real fall weather.

This week Callie got her finger stuck in a green plastic bat (for real, we had to use butter and soap to get it out), the girls played with Luna (as per usual) and I got to go with my high schoolers to the college fair at the convention center!

We enjoyed some morning snuggles and the beautiful fall trees and sky.

Tonight we watched Masked Singer (our current TV obsession!) and Luna made her presence known.
