A Picture Update

Hey all! Happy Friday! 

We made it through another busy December week. There was a band concert, a basketball game, a choir concert and freezing cold weather (though I didn’t get photos of them all). And the elves, of course!

Happy Belated Birthday Auntie Mari!!

Well, I failed on 2 counts yesterday- the biggest one being it was Auntie Mari’s birthday and I didn’t post!!! The second being I missed Timehop Tuesday. 

We had what felt like 5,000 things happening yesterday between work and activities and holiday events so I blew it. 

Mari texted this Timehop today and holy moly they all look young!! So happy belated Mari, we hope you had a fabulous day! And thanks for the Timehop! 

Weekend Wrap-Up: Happy Birthday Luna!

Hi all! Another quick weekend is in the books. But first, it is this girl’s GOLDEN BIRTHDAY!

She had a normal day of laying and being naughty. 

The rest of the weekend consisted of an impromptu dinner at our house, the pretty morning sky, a run at Lake Harriet, curry soup and Maya at Chipotle with Boom!

Two weeks until winter vacation. Can’t believe it! 

A Picture Update

TGIF! Another busy week is in the books, and not too many pics to show for it. 

The elves were up to their shenanigans once again.

And today Luna was very unhelpful as I worked from home, I got a bunch of cross stitch stuff delivered from my Cyber Monday sale order, and Cal had another basketball game. She didn’t play again, but did great warming up!

It’s almost 9pm so I made it! It’s still Tuesday! 

Weekend Wrap-Up

Happy Sunday! The weekend flew by. Yesterday we started our Christmas decorating! Luna is happy to have her Santa Bear pal back. 

Callie had a bball game, though she didn’t play because of her leg (it’s mostly healed but she needs more practice time now), she did make two warm-up free throws and Maya enjoyed the game from the front.


Later we went out for a Christmas outing with Uncle Dan, Auntie Hanna, Mitchell and Isla. 

And then even later we finished up the decorating. 

Today was more chill. And…Coo-Koo and Looney are back! 

The girls and I went to see Cinderella tonight with Boom, Auntie Yoda, and Lucy!

A Picture Update

Hey all! Happy Friday!  Here are some pics from the week…

Maya is big into composing her own music. Well, she writes out a bunch of notes and we play together with me on our out of tune piano, and it’s quite an experience. 

On Wednesday night the girls slept over at Boom’s house and Laura and I went to the T-Wolves game. 


Thursday was a very busy day.  I started out the morning with a run- a house near us has gigantic Rudolph inflatables on their lawn. 

We spent the morning/afternoon at Boom's house for Thanksgiving Meal #1! We facetimed with Auntie Mari and Avery and the girls had lots of playtime. 

Callie enjoyed matching all of G-ma's pies!

Then later in the afternoon we headed over to Uncle Dan and Auntie Hanna's house for Thanksgiving Meal #2!

We also celebrated Mitchell's 5th birthday and had more dessert.

Finally, Mitchell opened his presents.

It was a great day!

To recover, we did basically nothing today. Maya stayed in her big Lynx jammy shirt all day. We did do some cleaning and I did some cross-stitching (ok a lot of cross-stitching!) but it felt good to be home with no plans.
