A Picture Update

Happy Friday!

This has been a long week...my back was acting up and it was rainy off and on.  In fact, we got caught in a major sudden rainstorm earlier this week when we were on an evening stroll!

We. Got. Soaked.

Maya had fun with Boom, G-ma, and Pa as usual.

The girls were also crazy, as usual.

If you can't tell what the bottom picture is, it is them jumping off the couch and landing on the giant animals they got from Auntie Mari a couple years ago.

My birthday is coming up, so we went out to eat last night with Laura, Craig, Mari, Josh and my mom.  Thanks for babysitting, Auntie Cat!.  There was a pretty sky over the city after we were done.

And today was Hanna's birthday, so we had a family party to celebrate both our birthdays!  Callie was excited to give me the present that she picked out (with Auntie Cat's help).  

She gave me a couple of clues this morning.  She told me it starts with P, ends with G.  I guessed PIG and was wrong.  Then she said it was my favorite drink, and I was stumped.

Turns out it was a Purple muG for COFFEE! :)

We had a great BBQ and cake, and the girls stayed up way past their bedtime.  So much fun!
