Happy Sunday! The weekend flew by, as usual. Yesterday morning I got out for a 3 mile walk/jog/run and made it over to my favorite pedestrian bridge with a pretty view.

Later, we dropped the girls off at Boom's house for a sleepover!

Then Chris and I went with Jeremy and Jennifer and his sister and brother-in-law to try a Squid Game Virtual Reality game. It included movement sensors on our arms and legs, a vibrating vest, and big VR goggles. There were an about 6 or 7 mini-games we played (i.e. Simon Says, "walking" across a bridge with tiles that fall, etc.). It was pretty fun, and the best part was getting some video clips emailed to us after.

When we told Callie what we were doing, she immediately predicted that I would be "killed" first. Thankfully, the game didn't involve killing, but I did score the least number of points overall and got in last place. When I texted her the couple of videos we got, her only response was below on the right, along with a screen grab from a video of what the bridge game looked like on the left.

"last place". It feels so good to get such support from my teenager.

Today we hung out with Uncle Dan, Auntie Hanna, Mitchell and Isla for the Super Bowl! We had snacks, made pizza, and danced!

Have a good week!
